This past weekend my sister and I went out to our cousin’s house to have a “craft day”! They had bought us these white sneakers from Target (only $12.99!), the perfect blank canvases for some creative girls to have fun with! We quickly set up our supplies and got to crafting!
All you’ll need for this project are:
- paint
- paintbrushes
- q-tips (for quickly fixing mess ups!)
- pencils
- paper towels
- jars of water
- old newspaper to cover the work surface
- canvas sneakers
We found it easiest to draw in pencil the design you want first, then that way you can just paint inside the lines.
This project was so much fun, and didn’t take much time at all! All four of us ended up doing a little bit different of a design. We had black-and-grey chevron print, multi-color skinny chevron print, different patterns on each shoe, and glitter and initials show up on our shoes!
Such a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
